Andre L. Turner

Andre L. Turner, attended Bishop College, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education.

He later attended Amber University where he earned a Master of Arts in Professional Development with an emphasis in counseling. Mr. Turner spent three years as a sixth grade teacher for Dallas Public Schools. Afterwards, he continued his focus on youth development and implemented an ESL/GED program at the Intervention Judicial Treatment Center in Wilmer, Texas.

Mr. Turner expanded his community focus by becoming a probation officer in Dallas County. While serving his duties as a probation officer, he served three years in misdemeanor courts where he handled various types of cases. Mr. Turner has also served as a certified community supervision correctional officer for The State of Texas.

Through A.L. Turner Academics Intervention, our staff  trains the public and private sector on stress management, classroom/discipline management, motivation techniques and conflict and anger management in the workplace.
